You have the beginning with the opening script tag and all of the scroll bar and background information, but are missing the rest, including the closing script tag. Once you add that all into the Global Header it should center itself and look like it's supposed to.

Sure, I think it would look good in green and blue, too. It might take me a while, though. My boys are crawling now and they totally keep me on my toes so I don't get much computer time these days. Give me a couple of weeks and I'll have them for you.
